The clip is not what you wanted

Titles and subtitles are made by AI, and it makes mistakes: it may cut in the wrong place, miss a word or pick the wrong framing. Most of that you can fix yourself in your account.

What the editor can fix — the title, the subtitles, the length of the clip and the framing. Re-assembly is free and consumes no minutes. A clip can be re-assembled with your changes once, so make all of them at once; a change of styling is counted separately.

What it cannot fix — the choice of moments: which parts of the recording become clips is decided by the AI during processing. If the fragments came out poorly, it is worth ordering again — for example, setting the language of the recording explicitly.

If the wrong language was recognised or the subtitles do not match the speech, write to us. That is not fixed by editing: the order is processed again, and no minutes are charged for it.

The subtitle styling can be changed for the whole order at once — the clips are assembled anew with the new look, and no minutes are consumed. The styling can be changed once per clip: a clip whose styling has already been changed is not included in such an assembly.
