Paid minutes do not expire — spend them whenever you like. You pay for minutes of recording: you get as many clips as there are moments worth keeping in it, so the price per clip is calculated from their usual number — for your recording it will be its own.

Not a fit? If not a single minute of the package has been used, submit a request within 14 calendar days of payment and we'll refund you in full.

We accept: invoice (for companies and sole traders); Kaspi or a card of any bank in Kazakhstan.

Finished clips stay in your account for 7 days — download them in time.

The bigger the package, the cheaper the minute: from 67 ₸ on “Start” down to 25 ₸ on “Agency”. That is our volume discount — it is already in the price, you do not have to ask for it.

What counts as a minute

We charge the length of the recording, rounded up to a whole minute: 3 minutes is 3 minutes, 25 minutes 30 seconds is 26. If you pick a fragment, the fragment is charged. The number of clips you get does not affect it.

Voiced clips count double: an hour of recording with voice uses 120 minutes of your package.

Video dubbing counts triple: an hour of recording uses 180 minutes of your package.

Translating subtitles carries no surcharge.

What does not spend minutes

A different subtitle styling — re-assembling the clips of an order is free; the styling can be changed once per clip (clause 5.27).
Changes to a finished clip — trim the beginning and the end, change the title or the framing, correct a word in the subtitles: it is assembled anew and no minutes are consumed; a re-assembly with changes is granted once per clip (clause 5.28).
Cancelled before delivery — minutes return to your balance in full, even if processing had already started (clause 7.1).

Minutes do not expire

Packages do not expire. Minutes stay on your balance until you use them.

Refund

A completely unused package is refunded on request within 14 days of payment, at the purchase price. If even one minute has been spent, the remainder is not refunded in money — but it is not lost either: the minutes stay on your balance with no expiry date.

For companies we issue an invoice, a completion act and an ESF (electronic invoice).
