How long clips are kept

Finished clips stay in your account for 7 days from the moment they are ready, then they are deleted.

The exact deletion date is shown on the order page and in the completion email — every order has its own.

The dubbed video is kept as long as the clips and is deleted the same way.

You can download clips one by one or all at once as an archive. We advise taking them right away: space is freed on a schedule, and deleted files cannot be restored.

The source video is kept for less time than the clips. So changing the style or the framing is not always possible: once the source is gone, some edits become unavailable while the rest keep working.

Minutes on your balance do not expire — the retention period applies to files only.
