What video will work

A horizontal recording with sound will do: an interview, a podcast, a lecture, a live stream. We find the strongest moments in it and assemble clips with subtitles — in the format you choose when you place the order.

Link — to YouTube, VK Video, Dzen, Rutube, TikTok or a post in a public Telegram channel. A direct link to an .mp4 file works too. The video must open in a browser without signing in and without age confirmation.

Vimeo — we need the player link, which looks like player.vimeo.com/video/123456. The usual address from the address bar (vimeo.com/123456) cannot be read. The player link comes from «Share» → «Embed»: the address sits inside the code shown there.

Instagram — we cannot read it at the moment: the platform does not answer our servers. If the clip exists only there, download it and upload the file.

File — up to 2.0 GB. Uploaded right in your account, no link needed.

Size of the finished clips — vertical 1080×1920, horizontal 1920×1080, square 1080×1080. The format is chosen when ordering. If the source video is smaller, the clip will still come out at this size, but it will not be sharper than the source: a small video is stretched and looks blurrier. The resolution at which a video is downloaded by link is chosen when ordering.

Length — up to 180 minutes. Split a longer recording into parts and order them separately.

We recognise speech in 10 languages, including Kazakh; subtitles come out in the language of the recording. You can specify the language when ordering or leave “detect automatically”.

What will not work: a recording without speech (music, footage without words) — there is nothing to cut by meaning.
