Voice-over and translation of clips
What translation and voice-over are
Subtitles in the language of the recording are included in the order. We can translate them into one of the languages available when placing the order — that is free. Voice-over means the clip is also read out by a voice: it is a voice-over translation, the voice plays over the muted original rather than replacing it.
Do not confuse it with dubbing: there the whole recording speaks another language, and clips are not cut. Video dubbing
What it costs
Translating the subtitles is free. Voice-over doubles the minutes charged: one hour of recording with voice-over uses 120 minutes of your package. We show the exact number of minutes on the confirmation screen, before payment.
How the voice is chosen
The voice is chosen when placing the order: every voice has a sample reading the same phrase — that way you hear the difference between the voices, not between the texts. The sample plays in the language you selected. In finished clips the voice can no longer be changed: rebuilding a clip does not redo the voice-over.
Why an order may pause
When placing the order you can ask to see the translation before the voice-over. We then translate the subtitles, pause the order and show the translation in your account. The order waits for your reply — it will not expire and will not be assembled on its own. You can correct the text right there: we will voice your version.
If you change your mind
Until the first clip has been delivered, the whole order can be cancelled — the minutes will return to your balance in full.
About the law
Voice-over is synthesised speech. Under the law of Kazakhstan a video with it must be labelled on publication as created with AI; the rules of TikTok and Instagram require the same. Labelling the publication is the author's duty.
What we do not do
We do not copy the voice of a particular person: the voice-over uses standard synthetic voices.
