What it costs and how to pay

You pay for minutes of source video, not per clip and not per month. How many clips those minutes yield depends on the recording, and we charge nothing for the clips themselves.

The larger the package, the cheaper the minute. Paid minutes do not expire — spend them whenever you like.

Subtitles and voice-over. Subtitles in the language of the recording are included in the price. Translating subtitles into one of the languages available when placing the order is free. Voice-over is paid for: minutes for such an order are charged at double, so one hour of recording with voice-over uses 120 minutes of your package. The voice is chosen when placing the order and cannot be changed in finished clips.

Dubbing. Dubbing is paid: the whole video is voiced in another language and counts triple, an hour of recording uses 180 minutes of your package. Subtitles for it are free. More about dubbing

How to pay — Kaspi (an invoice to your phone number or a QR code) or a card from any bank in Kazakhstan. For companies and sole traders we issue an invoice, and on request we send an act and a tax invoice.

The payment link does not open — This is how Kaspi answers for an invoice already cancelled by time: it lives for one day. No money has been taken, nothing is lost. We will issue a new invoice — write to info@videocut.kz and the link will arrive within one business day.
